The "mPass app," "Digitr app" and it's logo are the ownership of ea ideas, llc. This privacy policy covers the services accessed using mPass/Digitr. The mPass/Digitr is a hallway pass app that counts, times and manages automatically student passes. The platform provides an easy hallway pass in a smart, simple and scalable student pass management system. Students and teachers can access the mPass/Digtr app through an individual subscription account or through their school or school district’s Enterprise account.

This Privacy Policy contains the mPass/Digitr app's privacy practices in relation to information that we collect through the the use of the mPass/Digitr app itself. 

The information we collect.

The mPass/Digitr app only collects the student ID number and name (if the school uses the student name as the ID in a student's account) where that student’s school, district, or teacher has contracted with mPass/Digitr for use in the mPass/Digitr app. This information is not shared outside of the school or with any third parties except those needed for the provision of the service as outlined in this policy. Students of any age cannot share their profiles publicly outside of their classroom or school.

Teachers accessing the mPass/Digitr app on behalf of a School or District or using a free account must ensure that they provide parents with access to this privacy policy.

Changes to our Privacy Policy

Any changes to our privacy policy will be posted on this privacy statement page or in other places the mPass/Digitr team deems appropriate.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy statement at any time, kindly check this page frequently. If we make material changes to how we use your personal information or personal information collected from children under age 13, we will notify you prior to the change becoming effective, by email and by means of notice on our home page.  If required, parents of students using the mPass/Digitr will also be notified by email to get parental consent for the new uses of the child's personal information.
